So you want to buy a house? We have you covered. Purchasing a home is a major milestone, both emotionally and financially. If you take your time researching and setting expectations for time, money, and the home itself, you can take control of the home-buying experience and make it enjoyable!
As your Realtors, our job is to provide you a clear window to all properties for sale within the market that you are interested in. From there, we evaluate any property that catches your interest, and mediate between you and the seller (agent) for any homes you are eager to purchase. We stay with you from the start, fighting right through to the end of the transaction to make sure everything falls into place as planned.
The approach to negotiation depends on the market conditions - a Buyer’s Market, where sellers outnumber the buyers (giving buyers the power as sellers are eager for an offer), leaves room for negotiation and conditional offers. A Seller’s Market however, which is the predominant condition in the GTA marketplace due to lack of housing supply, calls for aggressive, competitive offer situations as buyers are desperate to provide their families with a place to live. In these market conditions, homes often sell far above asking price with a firm, unconditional offer from multiple interested buyers, who are often pitted against each other in a bidding war.
Going above and beyond the mark — if you know what you want and it’s not currently on the market, we will personally attempt to secure the home of your dreams by reaching out to homeowners directly and negotiating the terms of an offer on your behalf.
